2008 Pinot Rose

The Pinot Rosé is made from Pinot Noir (97%) and Cabernet Franc (3%) grown at our vineyard at Lake George. The wine is made from juice runoff (Saignée) from the red ferments (12-18 hours skin contact). It has red cherry, raspberry, spice and rose petal aromas, and a soft rich palate with a long, crisp acid finish. Combines successfully with Bouillabaisse, antipasto, pizza, light chicken dishes.
