2008 Pinot Gris

This wine is made from Pinot Gris grapes grown at our vineyard at Lake George. Fermented in stainless steel (67%) and older barrels (33%) with lees stirring before bottling, the wine shows apple, spice, citrus and floral aromas with savoury, vanilla overtones. The palate is rich and textured with a slight sweetness and a balanced acid finish. This wine matches will with fish, poultry, fresh curd and white mould cheese.
