2007 produced a light, but very strongly flavoured crop of Pinot Noir. This wine has been made in an approachable, easy drinking style. It displays distinctive varietal flavours of red berries and spices. The tannins have the classic silkiness of Pinot with no harsh notes. The wine will keep and improve for 4-5 years, despite its early drinking style.
