2005 Canberra District Shiraz

A blend from vineyards in the Hall and Murrumbateman area of the Canberra District. It shows plum, spice, savoury and liquorice aromas. The palate is rich, warm and savoury with a long fine tannin finish. This wine will go with washed rind or hard cheese and most red meat dishes and will reward cellaring up to 5 years.
